You gotta love irony. This is too funny. I guess whomever it is that owns this car must work there, and definitely has a sense of humor. That is the kind of person I like to work with, someone who can laugh at themselves and have a little fun.
Tux Paint
Do you have a small child that wants to learn or use your computer? Well I found a great program for them to learn to do art on the computer. It’s called Tux paint.
My youngest child loves it! He makes all kinds of pictures and such with it. It is absolutely free and is malware and virus free. So it is safe for your computer. Give it a try and see how much your child likes it as well.
Stair lifts
Have you ever seen a stair lift in action? I got to see one yesterday when I stopped by my neighbors house to see if she needed anything from the store. I didn’t know that she had gotten one put in, but it was really cool. I am happy that she is safer now that she has one, because she has had such a hard time walking lately. They are really a great thing for an elderly person to have.
Dallas office cleaning
I was able to track down a Dallas office cleaning business for my cousin. Since he is starting his own practice and needs someone reputable to come in and clean the doctors office every night, I had to find one for him. He has been so busy trying to get everything ready to open the doors, that he almost forgot to get the cleaning crew.
This particular company uses an environmentally green clean method that is really good and makes sure everything is completely sterile. I am sure that he is going to be happy with their service as they came highly recommended.
X-Box Live
Well my son got a gold membership for X-Box Live from a family member for Christmas and is now having himself a blast on a game with a cousin who lives in a another state. The boys like to play games together when they come for a family gathering and now they can play together all the time no matter what. I think it is great for them to be able to keep in close contact and play together. Technology is so cool. I know that not everyone agrees with me about it, but at times like these, I know that it is worth it.
Unique Wedding Favors
I found some really Unique wedding favors for my friends wedding. There were little candy jar shaped salt and pepper shakers, little bird cages, a Cinderella carriage candle and so many more that it has become really difficult to choose. Some of them are practical things that can be used over and over. This is really cool because it gives the wedding guest a permanent memory that they can see almost daily. Whether it is a wine bottle stopper, stone coasters, salt and pepper shakers or something else. Every time the guest uses it, they recall the wedding and how much fun they had attending.
A lot of the favors are decorative. There are elegant, whimsical, silly, or just plain cute favors that will always bring a smile to the person who takes this favor home with them. I am really in awe at the genius of some of the favors that I have found. Anything that holds candy, is always a good choice. Everyone likes a sweet, and if you fill them with sugarless sweets, even those who are diabetic can enjoy them. You should always show consideration for people who have diabetes when choosing this particular favor. That way, no one feels left out. It is a good practice anyway.
Keeping My Son From Losing His Things
I really love my child, but my son keeps losing his things. Somehow he managed to misplace his jacket at school, and this was not the first time that he did something like this either. He also managed to lose his shoes. How does a person lose their shoes? The answer to that question still escapes me to this day, and it really does not matter because it happened. What I need to do now is focus on trying to prevent him from losing his things. This is starting to get rather expensive!
I sat down and had a long drawn out talk with my son, but we all know how that goes. I am not even sure if he was listening to me. For some reason, kids seem to have this natural ability to tune their parents out. I don’t remember doing this to my parents, but I think I must have. It must be some kind of built in defense mechanism. Then it dawned on me. I needed to start using name labels for kids. This may not prevent my son from losing his things, but it certainly would make it a lot easier to find the items that he keeps losing.
With a label, I would not need to depend on my son to not lose his things. I could handle every single bit of it myself, and all I needed was something as simple as a label. So now it was up to me to find a label that I could use to label everything that my son owned. I had a plan.
Luckily I did not have to look very far. I found stuck on you and labelcity.com. They had a wide assortment of great labels that I could choose from. Now it was only a matter of getting a bunch of labels and adding the everything that my son owned.
Feeling Blue
I might have to make this my desk top back ground. It is amazingly pretty. I love the color blue and I really need to play with my photo shop and see if I can learn how to make pictures like this. If not photo shop then perhaps another program will do.
Good deals
I went to the DealDash Facebook page to keep up with whats on the site. They have so much stuff and bidding is relatively easy. You can look them up on DealDash Wikipedia to find out all about them if you like to research first about new websites.
There is a DealDash Review on you tube that you can watch as well. I think they have better deals than other sites that require you to bid on them, and there are plenty of those. I used to think that there was only one, but quickly found out otherwise. Anyway, I suggest that you check it out. You might really like it.
Shopping
Found a new way to shop online. DealDash is where it is. I have bid on a few things that I really like and actually got a couple of them, really cheap. Deal Dash has all kinds of stuff. No matter what you are into, you will be able to find something you like. DealDash is where I am going to find a lot of my Christmas presents this year.
