I think that some people really don know what to do to keep their skin looking young. Drinking a lot of water and eating foods high in vitamin C will help keep you skin looking young and fresh at any age. You should eat foods that are juicy, such as cucumbers, mushrooms, peaches, oranges, grapes and berries, all of which are made up of more than 90% water. Hope this helps some of you ladies out there.
