For the boys

For Christmas this year, one of the presents I am getting the boys is Tuff Hedeman Cowboy Hats. They have been asking for a cowboy hat for a while now, but since they are kind of pricey, I didn’t want to get them until I knew they would take care of them. Like most boys, mine have a tendency to drop whatever they have in their hands or one them right on the floor. Then they step all over whatever it is and if it wasn’t dirty before they dropped it, it is afterwards. Now that they are a bit older, I think they will be able to take care of the hats. I will put up some hat pegs in their room, so they can hang them up. That should work nicely.

Sink

Well the sink in the boys bathroom broke. Don’t ask me how that could possibly have happened. I have to order a new one now and plan on buying it from VesselSinks.com. I think they were horsing around when it broke, but of course no one will dare tell me exactly what happened. I wont bother telling them that I had planned on replacing that one anyway, until they fess up. I am not angry or anything, but they do need to calm down a bit. Especially if I am going to fix up their bathroom for them and make it nice.

I know that eventually they will fess up and tell me. They will just wait until they think I have calmed down. I have to laugh at that, since we know I am not really upset. I think perhaps I will ask them if they would like to pick out the stuff for their bathroom. I will let them design it. That will make them extremely happy.

More doctor appointments

Well now I have two doctors appointments for this week. One for each of the boys. I had to go get the little guy from school because he spiked a fever while there. Finally just decided to bite the bullet and make him an appointment because every other day he is running a fever. I have him laying down right now watching TV in his room. The Tylenol I gave him has taken effect and the fever is down, but you can tell he still feels poorly. grrrrr
