I think I will make an easy dinner tonight. We are going to have steak sandwiches and french fries. The kids love them, especially the fries and I don’t have a lot of clean up. I have a lot of work to still get done, so easy is the word of the night. I might even allow my eldest son to help make the Steakums steaks while I do the fries. He just loves to cook and always offers to help. His specialty is pancakes though. He makes them almost every weekend for Saturday breakfast. I am slowly teaching him little by little, but I am an over protective mom and get afraid he will burn himself. I have to learn to curb that a little bit. Ah well, gotta get back to work.
