I was sitting on the couch watching TV last night when I suddenly realized that I was sitting there with just about every muscle as tight as can be. I wasn’t watching anything that would make me tense up like a scary movie or anything like that so I don’t have any idea at all why I was doing that. I made myself relax and within a half hour, I realized I was back as tight as before. What’s up with that? I can’t figure it out.
You know I was telling you about a site where you could learn different Martial Arts online, well I really think I’m going to try the Tai Chi to see if I can stop this. It’s not healthy to be sitting there all knotted up when you’re supposed to be relaxing, you know. Now I just have to find the time. You know, I bet I need to do that in the evenings before I go to bed. It just might help me to rest better at night.
