This time of year the change of seasons gets me thinking about the yard and being outside. I like to take short walks in the morning with my dogs before I have to leave for work. When I get home, the dogs are glad to see me and ready to go back outside for as long as I am willing to stay out with them. Of course they are on a leash – I would never let them risk their lives by running wild. And it is good for me to be outside anyway.
I want to put out some pumpkins and maybe a scarecrow or garland around my mailbox post. I’ll see what I can come up with.
Thank you for being a responsible pet owner. I cannot abide the people who let their dogs run loose in the neighborhood. It is not safe for the children playing outdoors and its not safe for the dogs. Glad to know you take good care of your little furry friends.
