Housing

There are so many people having a hard time right now. The economy has made it difficult for many people to even afford to have a home. Low income housing can help families maintain their independence. I have a few family members who have recently needed to apply for this service. Losing your home can be devastating to everyone involved, especially for children. With low income housing, a family can feel safe and secure again.

No matter where you live, there is a program to help with housing. The minimum amount of income is generally around forty thousand a year, but can fluctuate depending on region. Low income housing can be found in every county, in every state.  Finding the information for it is not difficult at all. The Housing Authority is where you go to apply and they will give you all of the information that you can possibly need. The application process is relatively simple as well. I urge anyone who is in need of housing, to go see them for the assistance they need.

Fall fashions

I have been looking at the newest fall/winter fashions for this year and I really like what I am seeing. It is so versatile compared to past years. Oh there are always some fashion houses that make a fair amount of clothing with versatility, but I have never liked a lot of their stuff. This year however, I am intrigued by a lot of what I have seen. I love scarves and the ones I am seeing are right up my ally. I think a shopping spree is in order.

Searching

Our business lawyers at work have decided to retire. They are a very old firm and all of the employees have been there forever. I was quite surprised to hear that they all decided to retire at the same time. Being a small town, it really shouldn’t have surprised me. However, I now have to find new business lawyers for my job. It really shouldn’t be too hard. The ones we have now, have recommended a few different firms to look into.

I am going to interview with them, because I really want to know that we can get along with whomever is going to be working so closely with us. Not all personalities get along after all. Other than that, we trust that the firms whom were recommended are good at their job. Business lawyers handle our expansions as we are a growing company and that growth has been very fast. I am sure that I will have this worked out by the end of the week, so that they can get up to speed on our company and it’s needs.

Baking

I am in a baking frenzy. I do not know why I have this need to bake all of a sudden, but I can’t seem to stop myself. I have made so much stuff recently, that my co workers are happy as clams. I end up taking much of it to work and setting it out in the break room. My friend Sally says I am trying to make her fat. I could only laugh at that. Maybe it is the holidays coming up that has me in this baking frenzy. I will probably be all baked out by December.

Happy Halloween

I just wanted to tell everyone Happy Halloween! Have a great time tonight and whatever you do, DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE! I hope all the little kids out there have an amazing time Trick or Treating. Don’t forget to save me some candy afterwards. Now go have fun and be careful.

Halloween party

Halloween is my favorite holiday. I love to dress up each year as something different and original. One year I went as a cereal killer. I wore regular clothes with a mask and held a box of cereal with a fake knife stuck through it. People loved it. This year, I am going all out with some major makeup. I found a tutorial on YouTube that shows you how to make a unzipped-zipper face. It looks amazingly cool and I have already bought all of the stuff to do it. I can’t wait for my friends to see it.

Snow White and the Huntsman

I went to see this movie and absolutely loved it. I am going to buy it as soon as it comes out on DVD. There were a lot of Snow White movies out this year, but this is the only one that remotely interested me.

It was so intense and the characters had some really deep issues. Chris Hemsworth (the huntsman) is the new Hollywood hunk that all the girls are drooling over. I totally recommend this movie to you ladies, you will love it.

Amazing boots

I have fallen completely in love with these boots. They have got to be the most comfortable boots in history. I so have to buy myself a pair of these, but I can only find pictures of them online.
I haven’t been able to find anyplace that actually sells them, at least not here in the US. I am going to keep looking though, because I cannot let these get away from me. Worst cast scenario, I will have to order them from overseas. I will have them though.

Movie matinee

I think I am going to take in a matinee this afternoon. I want to see Resident Evil:Retribution. I am going by myself, as most of my friends don’t really like movies like that. I don’t mind though, I enjoy going to the movies alone. Afterwards I can walk around the mall and do a little shopping without having anyone rush me. I really hate to be rushed.

Tastes so good

I tried a new recipe last night that was just amazing. There are these new packages of spices, that you mix with a little olive oil and then dredge either potatoes or chicken, etc in them. Then you bake them in the oven and they are awesome. Last night I used some on boneless chicken breasts that my friends absolutely loved. I am definitely going to use these again, as well as try the other flavors too.
