Some of these people are users of drugs and alcohol as well. This has caused many accidents and has citizens upset with the situation. A unique answer has been found to the problem.
Authorities have announced that they will build a 3 million dollar race circuit in Kelantan for the racers to use. They hope that this will provide a place for the racers to race their cars and bikes safely. I think it’s a great idea and hope it will work!
