Zenni Optical Online

I love how the Internet makes it possible to research products and compare prices, at my convenience and letting my fingers do the walking on my lap top’s keyboard. I just got back from the eye doctor and it seems that I need new eyeglasses. Not just any type of eyeglasses mind you but bifocals, ugh……………In my mind I’m way too young to be needing bifocals, but the doctor knows best, right?

With money being so tight I was leery of going next door and purchasing my new glasses at the optical store which is so conveniently located right next store to his office. I wanted a chance to do some comparison shopping to see what types of deals I could find on my own. I’ve heard good things about Zenni Optical so I took some time this afternoon during my break at work and checked them out. When I Googled Zenni Optical I found an article that enlightened me about Zenni Optical. Did you know that they start their eyeglasses at $8.00, now how cool is that to be able to get good quality glasses at a nice low price? I’ll let you know how it all pans out and I might even post a picture of me with my new glasses on…………………….

Fun With Photos

I’ve always been a bit leery of sites that offer you to make funny pictures of the photos that we all have stored on our PC. I’ve been using the computer and the Internet for many a years, but I have my strong points and my weaknesses as well and photos are one of my weaknesses. I mean I know how to take a picture, but then having to download it to my PC is another story, I can never find the right cable and then to top it all of with I can’t seem to figure out where the best place to download the buggers into. Something so simple can really mess with my mind, silly but true.

Anyway, once I’ve downloaded them they usually stay right there, but since my good friend Judy came over last night and showed me a great website that allows you to create funny pictures from your photos store on your computer’s hard drive, I think that I finally have the whole thing figured out and under control. I’ve got a lot of great pictures that have been sent to me throughout the years and I came up with one that was taken of me a few years back at an office party that I decided to play around with and I came up with a few fun photo effects that I thought were playful enough to continue messing with!

It breaks my heart to keep hearing the same old story from my youngest sister, who moved all the way across the county and eventually landed in the San Diego California area. She has had the worst luck finding a job. Home Security Issues

With crime on the rise, as usual, it can be a bit scary some times being single and living alone. The economy being such a total screw up, people are turning to crime in order to meet their monthly billing deadlines. My mother has been after me for some time to check into checking some type of security system for my place. As for me I’d like to get a big dog to keep me safe, but alas I’m really set up to take care of a big dog at this point and time in my life. I all ready own a gun, and I know how to use it, but in all reality a security system does make better sense. I just hate it when my mother is right!!!!!

I’ve been doing a bit of research online lately and have found that adt alarm systems seems to have the best value for my money. They have been around and in business for over 130 years and I sure see a lot of their adt security system signs in people’s front yards these days, so they must have an Indianapolis ADT office close by. They must be doing something right. I’ve found that their All-Inclusive Monitoring Bundle would suite my needs, so I’ve submitted my contact information on their web site and am a waiting a call from one of their representatives in order to discuss with them some of the details before signing on the dotted line. I really don’t need anything fancy, but I do some sort of peace of mind, ya know what I mean?
