The New Year is ringing in and I am hoping that it will be a good one. I have made a few resolutions that I think will help me become a better person this year. One thing I have determined to do is to lose a few pounds. I want to start eating healthier and have taken steps to do so.
There are a lot of little things to do that all add up to a better way of living. I am going to eat more fruits and vegetables this year and try to lay off the fatty diet I have become used too.
