In the world of sports, there are a few people who make it big. They are able to set records that will last for many years to come. One person who was able to do this is Brett Favre. He has set the record for the most consecutive games played in the NFL. The problem is that the streak will end this week due to injury.
Brett was able to start in 297 consecutive games. That’s over 19 seasons. He first appeared on the field in 1992 against the Pittsburg Steelers and has played every week until now. Unfortunately, he will be sidelined this week due to a shoulder injury. I applaud Brett and the accomplishments he made. Way to go Brett!
