Coast To Coast Event Internet

The most important decision that you’ll need to make as an event organizer is the location of your event. This will naturally affect both your attendance and the experience that your participants have. Of little less importance will be the internet connection that you’ve arranged. While it might be fairly easy to arrange for a connection, it is more difficult to get a reliable connection.

Trade Show Internet offers services from coast to coast, so for internet services from San Francisco to New York, contact them on their website.

Bandwidth is also very important, and Trade Show Internet offers both internet and bandwidth solutions. Bandwidth is ultimately the capacity of your network, and it can often be overlooked in favor of the internet delivery technology. Internet technology is often front and center while the bandwidth solutions are often in the background. Nonetheless, no network will be effective without the bandwidth capacity that it needs.

This is especially important if you are using presentation materials that are graphics intensive. My sister just returned from a big convention in Florida. Her PowerPoint presentation was a big hit, and a lot of the success was due to the great internet connection provided by the hotel.

Willie Nelson and Marty Stuart’s Guitars

One of the people who come to mind instantly when you say anything about country music or the Grand Old Opry is Marty Stuart. He has been a performer for over 40 years – it wouldn’t take long to look up and find out, but I don’t see the need to at this point. I think you get my drift.

Trigger since 1969
Willie Nelson’s Guitar – Trigger

I remember reading that he left home at a very young age to come to Nashville and play guitar. He looks great and I love the suit he is wearing in this photo! He seems to have a variety of electric and acoustic guitars, like a epiphone pro-1 ultra that he has been seen performing with. Not like Willie Nelson who only plays his one and only acoustic guitar who he has called Trigger since he got it back in 1969, if my memory serves me correctly. Trigger seems to have an interesting story behind it. If you are into Willie Nelson at all – it is an entertaining story that can be found all over the Internet. I use Wikipedia a lot even though I have been warned time and time again about trusting what you read there. But honestly I don’t trust anything 100% of what I read or hear anyway.

Denon and Marantz

Hard to believe that Denon has been around since the 1970’s, but they have been. I was looking online and was reviewing some of their fascinating audio electronics and was glad to see that dennon is still around and still growing strong since they merged with Marantz back in 2002. Back when D.J.’s started replacing live bands at dances and other celebrations that we were so used to having “back in the day”.

Aging Heart Issues

A co-worker of mine is dealing with an elderly mother-in-law that is having some major heart issues, and of course while working in such small quarters that we are forced into sharing with numerous other people (cubicles) we all get to know each other very well and share all kinds of information with each other 9-5, Monday through Friday.

This has made it possible to learn so very much medical information, it seems that everyone is married, has children and dealing with aging parents or in-laws, and so on. On an average day at least 3 or 4 conversations are held in my cubicle alone about some type of doctors appointment that is coming up or have just been attended, and all of the information is shared about them all which the details of will be dissected and digested by everyone. I’m not complaining mind you – it has given me valuable information that has proven to be useful and interesting.

How is your colon treating you lately?

I’ve been reading a lot lately about how important the colon cleanse process is and how it eliminates the toxins which have built up in your digestive system. Doctors are really pushing the treatment and how they consider it to be a key to your personal wellness.

How To Remove A Tick

Please forward to anyone with children… or hunters or dogs, or anyone who even steps outside in summer!!

A School Nurse has written the info below — good enough to share, And it really works!! I had a pediatrician tell me what she believes is the best way to remove a tick. This is great, because it works in those places where it’s some times difficult to get to with tweezers: between toes, in the middle of a head full of dark hair, etc.

Apply a glob of liquid soap to a cotton ball. Cover the tick with the soap-soaked cotton ball and swab it for a few seconds (15-20), the tick will come out on its own and be stuck to the cotton ball when you lift it away. This technique has worked every time I’ve used it (and that was frequently), and it’s much less traumatic for the patient and easier for me.  Unless someone is allergic to soap, I can’t see that this would be damaging in any way. I even had my doctor’s wife call me for advice because she had one stuck to her back and she couldn’t reach it with tweezers. She used this method and immediately called me back to say, ‘It worked!’

**Please pass on. Everyone needs this helpful hint.**

Stem Cell Research

I have read quite a bit as of late about how much we all have to gain through today’s stem cell research. And I just finished reading an article about how how a company by the name of C’elle has made it possible to collect these vital stem cells from a woman’s monthly menstrual fluid.

C’elle has made it possible to take control of a woman’s future, right in the privacy of her home, in a revolutionary technique that makes the harvesting from your menstrual blood, safe and easy, what a wonderful opportunity they are providing us.

Imagine knowing in advance what you are capable of passing down to future generations, just by using this invasive collection process. The cells are processed and preserved at a very low temperature, for possible cellular therapies that might be used in the future. These are self-renewing cells, that who knows, one day might be used for sports medicine.

C’elle is offering for a limited time a promotion called “Caring is Sharing”, you may purchase this kit for yourself and give a friend or a relative one for free. You can go online to Celle.com and put in the promo code of 241 to take advantage of this one time only special. This is something that takes very little time to do, so it is great for us over worked and over scheduled women of today’s world.

I went on line and read some of their C’elle Client Testimonial pages and it sounds like a very exciting proposal, one that is very controversial, to say the least, but very interesting and important.

Starting An Online Business

A few months ago my oldest daughter and I were talking about possibly creating our own online printing business and decided to give it a go. Her husband had said he also wanted to be apart of it, so we waited until he had gotten back from his business trip to discuss our options and our plans with him, so we were all on the same page.  When he finally had gotten back from his business trip, we had all gotten together to discuss what we had in mind.

A problem we had was how to start an online business and how to customize it to fit our styles, wants and needs. My daughters husband jumped on the net to look around for help to do just that, and not too long after starting his search he found the perfect solution for our problem. Thankfully it didn’t take long at all to start the process of web 2 print solutions, and found that the site offers more than we could ever ask for, and our business took off right away.

Our site has brought so much business, its unbelievable and exhilarating to all three of us. We couldn’t be any happier and couldn’t of asked for better help at such a great price we just couldn’t turn our heads on. We recommend anyone who wants to customize their own web page for their online printing business, to visit this awesome site, and the extraordinary people who are behind it. You will not regret it, and you will be impressed with all the options you have to create your own online printing business as we are.

Bed bugs, ugh

It is sad but true that the bed bug is making a come back in these past several years. My daughter has a friend whose mother called me very upset a few months ago. They were finding marks on their bodies that looked like insect bites and were driving themselves crazy with all the itching and scratching going on and wanted to know if our daughter was experiencing the same things. I’m glad to say that my daughter was doing just fine, but I urged the mother to take the kids to the doctor to find out for sure.

Well it appears that they were experiencing a case of the bed bugs and wanted me to be aware of what it was so as to keep my eyes open just in case my daughter started itching. Her daughter and my daughter spend a lot of nights at each others houses and it would really suck if my daughter had brought the little buggers home with her.

Between bed bugs and head lice we are all in trouble. These critters are becoming more and more tolerant of the chemicals that are being used to kill them and they really are causing havoc all over the country, as well as around the world.

Another Day Of No School

School has been closed a lot lately what between all the snow days and now today is President’s day, the kids have been stuck at home a whole lot lately and I am praying that tomorrow they will go back to school and life can become normal again.  Hubby is back on his feet and I’m feeling much better (after being able to catch up on some sleep) and I’m somewhat ready for the week a head.

blbubbbbllle

I usually do love it when school is closed – when it is closed here and there, but day after day after day and especially being since the Christmas holidays just ended a month or so a go.  My kids are great and I treasure any time that I have with them, just wish money wasn’t so tight and the weather so crazy, and schedules so screwy, so that we could take them more places.  My teenager can be a challenge to get to participate in anything family oriented and I usually regret even trying to include her, but we do manage once and a while to keep everyone somewhat satisfied.  There is so much out there to explore and I want my kids to see all that they can see with us to explore it with them.

One day maybe I’ll go sign up for some college courses that I am interested in, I think I would enjoy learning now that I will have to pay for the education out of my own pocket.  Too bad that youth is wasted on the young!
