I don’t remember winter being this cold. It has been down in the 20’s and now we have freeze warnings posted at the apartment gates again. When they post freeze warnings we are supposed to open our kitchen cupboard doors and leave a little trickle of water running in the kitchen sink so that the pipes don’t freeze. I’ve never had pipes freeze before and hope I never have to deal with it. So tonight the water bill offsets the threat of frozen pipes.
