Had my annual teeth cleaning appointment today. The dentists says she wants to start making the cleaning a six month cycle instead of annual. She says that is because as we get older we are at greater risk of gum disease. I have to think about that – I don’t have gum disease issues and a cleaning cost $120. That’s a lot when you don’t have any dental insurance.
