I absolutely love camping. In fact, I have a small RV that I always take when I visit friends so I won’t be in their way if you know what I mean. I had been looking for RV Awnings because mine didn’t have one and they’re nice to have so you can sit outside and not burn up in the hot Texas or Louisiana sun. I learned a long time ago that when I need something for my RV, I can usually find it on this web site. They haven’t let me down yet and I can’t say that about every other place I have checked out either here or online.
Cyber bullying
Did you hear about the Missouri mother on trial in a landmark cyber bullying case was convicted of misdemeanor computer charges instead of felonies in a cruel Internet hoax played on a 13-year-old girl who later committed suicide? The federal jury couldn’t reach a verdict on the conspiracy allegation against 49-year-old Lori Drew and rejected three other felony counts of accessing computers without authorization to inflict emotional harm on the girl.
Instead, the panel convicted her of three lesser offenses of just accessing computers without authorization. Each of those counts is punishable by up to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. Drew faced up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the four original counts. What I don’t understand is why in the world would a 49 year old woman do such a thing? It’s bad enough that kids go through bullying in school and everywhere else with other kids but a grown woman? The whole world has gone absolutely stupid it looks like.
I have a sister in Iowa
My only living sister lives in Des Moines Iowa. We don’t get to see each other very often since we live so far apart unfortunately. Her and her husband were talking about selling their home and maybe moving down closer to New Orleans since his family is here also. None of us are getting any younger you know. The only problem is the housing market is not good right now and their house needs a little TLC if you know what I mean.
My sister was told by a friend that she needed to look into Des Moines Remodeling because they found a great company to remodel their kitchen for them. Well that was all my sister needed to hear because she has done nothing but rant and rave about that kitchen. The company that was recommended was a family owned company and that usually means they take pride in their work unlike just working for someone else. Plus they have 25 years of experience and will remodel just about any room you need remodeled like a basement or even siding on your house. I can’t wait to see what my sister has done. The only problem is if they do a really good job, she might not want to move out then. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Talking with a friend
I was talking to my friend in Tulsa Oklahoma last night just catching up on what’s been going on in her life and mine too. She was talking about having a new building put up in her back yard for her crafts and projects she is always doing. She’s been checking into Tulsa Concrete because she wants a concrete floor in her building. She was telling me that this site helps her to find someone to do what she wants right the first time and at a fair price.
I think it’s wonderful that there are so many informative web sites out there to help people find what type of service they need and the ones that are not going to take your money and leave you with a shoddy job either. See she’s a tight wad and isn’t going to pay a dime more than she has to in order to get a quality job done so she’s going to shop around and this site helps her to do just that by recommending a quality concrete company. She’s like that with her crafts and everything else she goes after. Well with this tight economy, you have to make sure you are getting your moneys worth and not getting ripped off.
Need your car transported?
When most people are deciding on which mode of auto transport to go with, cost can be the main thing they look at. How the price is determined by each Auto Transport company can be completely different. A driver of an open transporter determines his price per vehicle based on the route he is driving perhaps while the enclosed drivers’ price per vehicle is based on miles driven; the more miles traveled the cheaper per mile. Fuel prices unfortunately has a lot to do with the cost too.
I’m sure that is you just have a car, you know what I mean, one that gets you back and forth from work and that’s all it is to you, then it’s might not really matter how you have it transported. The main thing you’re looking for is the cheapest way to get it from point A to point B. However, it you have a car or truck that is your ‘pride and joy’ as some put it, then you want a carrier that will protect your car from the elements or possible damage that can happen in an open carrier.
One things for sure, whoever you choose to transport your vehicle, they are responsible for your second largest purchase with your house being the first so you want to be able to trust them completely.
Boy have I learned a lot
You know, people thought I was crazy when I decided to start my blog. Mostly because I hardly knew how to turn on a computer much less any more than that but boy have I learned a lot and most of it I learned on the Internet too. Well I had some help from my little computer geek as I like to call him. He’s the one that talked me into doing this blog and I’m so glad I did too. It’s like having a friend I can talk to when ever I want and one that listens at that.
I wish they had this when I was younger
I never had any children and I’m not sure if it’s because I was unable to conceive or if I just didn’t know what I was doing, you know what I mean. Oh I knew all too well how it was supposed to happen but it never did. I just wish I had known about this web site when I was younger and I might have learned something about how to help conceive. It’s possible.
Now that one of my waitresses is expecting, I get to learn more and more about the whole process of being pregnant. There’s so much I don’t know about pregnancy that most people just take for granted unless you’re the one that’s expecting. This is her first baby and she was asking me all sorts of questions like how long was she going to have morning sickness. I don’t know why they call it ‘morning’ sickness when the poor girl is sick on and off all day.
She started asking me these questions because I’m sort of the ‘God Mother’ of all that work for me and I wanted to be able to answer them so I started doing some checking and that’s when I found all sorts of answers for her online. When I’m off work and relaxing at home, the last thing I want is to be stuck inside or most of all, stuck at my computer desk. I like moving about. I like writing my blog and what ever else I need to be doing on my computer but I need a change of scenery from time to time too. I guess I just can’t sit still that long.

The “HE” that appears in the Asus Eee PC 1000HE model name might stand for “Holy Enhancement!” This model, which bears only a passing resemblance to last year’s Eee PC 1000, improves on everything from the keyboard to the CPU. And besides losing some unsightly girth, the 1000HE has a svelte new price of just $400.
The Asus Eee PC 1000HE runs on Intel’s 1.66GHz Atom N280 CPU. Most netbooks that appeared late last year used the Atom N270 CPU, which runs at a lower frequency (1.6GHz) and has a slower front-side bus speed (533MHz instead of the N280’s 667MHz). The effect of those differences, however, was minimal. Our test unit earned a mark of 35 in WorldBench 6, an average score for a netbook.
This netbook is one of my current favorites. Considering that it sells for as little as $380, it is well worth checking out.

Nothing better than a good wrist watch
Back when I was young, a good time piece was every bit as important as any piece of jewelry anyone could wear. My father carried a pocket watch and I loved that thing. In fact, I have it and it’s one of my most treasured time pieces I have. I still have the very first watch my father gave me back when I was 16 years old. I couldn’t have asked for anything better or anything that made me feel like I was finally grown.
Now a good watch still carries a lot of value to it but not quite like it did back them. I still have a thing for Wrist Watches and if you could look into my jewelry box, you would see. I really need new glasses
It’s such a pain when you can’t see very well. I hate going to the eye doctors and as soon as they find out what your prescription is, they start pushing their glasses off on you. Bugs me to no end. I’m not spending a hundred dollars on glasses when I know where to get them online thanks to that article I saw in the New York Times about how inexpensive Zenni Optical eyeglasses are and yet you get not only quality as good as what your eye doctor charges hundreds for but you can also get designer looking frames too. They are great. Just about any option the eye doctor gives you, they do too.
The reason they can offer glasses as cheap as they do is because they sell directly to the public and there’s no middle man to run the cost up. In fact you can get just about just about any option in your glasses from them that you can get from your eye doctor. I have to admit I was totally amazed at the quality and the prices.
