Mother of the octuplets

I almost fell out of my chair when I found out that the mother that just gave birth to a litter of babies already had 6 kids at home.  All of her children are from planting fertilized eggs in her womb.  I can’t remember what that’s called but you know what I mean anyway.

I have heard of people that are addicted to plastic surgery but this is a young woman that seems to be addicted to having more and more babies.  He has a set of 2 year old twins at home and the oldest kid she has is only 7 years old.  That means she has a total of 14 children.  I don’t think she’s ever been married either.  My question is what man would want to marry a young woman with 14 children?  None that I know of.  What a mess she has made for herself but most of all, for her children.

I need to find out what washer this was

I was thinking about buying washer and dryers for the apartments but after reading this, I need to know what type of washing machine this was so I don’t buy one of them.  I’ll sure pay more attention to where the start button is when I do buy one.  I read this on msnbc.msn.com:

A 4-year-old girl in Southern California died after she climbed into a washing machine that began tumbling when her toddler brother hit its simple push-button start.

Orange County Sheriff’s spokesman Jim Amormino said Kayley Ishii apparently climbed into the front-loading washer Monday afternoon. Her 15-month-old brother either bumped or pushed the button to start the machine.

Amormino said the machine’s controls were only 20 inches from the floor and the start switch was a simple push button. The girl was in the water-filled, tumbling machine for at least two minutes before her mother found her.

An autopsy Tuesday found Kayley died of blunt force trauma and the death was ruled accidental.

If I was that child’s mother, you can bet I would be straight to a lawyers office and sue the manufacturers for all they are worth for wrongful death.

Life sure is funny sometimes

You know how you can be just going along minding your own business when all of a sudden something comes along and changes everything?  Do you know what I mean?  Well that’s sort of what happened today.  Here I am trying to get these four apartments finished so the people that work for me can move in and what do you know, a whole apartment building was offered to me to buy.

Now I’m not talking a bunch of money either.  I’m talking cheap, as in thousands and not millions like you would think.  Well I’m thinking about it but the first thing I’m going to do is have someone really check the place out and make sure it’s not someone else’s problem they are trying to put off on me.

Tax time will be here before you know it

Tax time gives me a headache.  If you’re like me and need state income tax help, then this just might be the place you need to go too.  I know some people have to file what they call an IRS innocent spouse form if their husbands are in over their heads with taxes but I know nothing about those types of forms. Thank goodness these guys do.

I need help with the IRS 941 which is payroll type issues.  All of this tax stuff is so far over my head that I know I have to have someone that understands it all like these guys do or I would really make a mess of it.

This is handy

This works great !!! Good for when all your family is together. The best part is that no one has to wait for their special omelet !!! Have guests write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag with permanent marker. Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) shake to combine them. Put out a variety of ingredients such as: cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc. Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake.

Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. For more, make another pot of boiling water.

Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed. Nice to serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake; everyone gets involved in the process and a great conversation piece.

Imagine having these ready the night before, and putting the bag in boiling water while you get ready. And in 13 minutes, you got a nice omelet for a quick breakfast!!! I think my kids are going to like this! I used tomatoes, ham, green onions, cheddar cheese and mushrooms in this one! MMMMMMMM…MMMMMMM good!!! Try it….it really works!!!

Valentines Day is coming!!

I don’t talk much about my personal life and I’m not about to start now.  My personal life is just that, personal but one thing I will tell you is I have hinted around about what I want for Valentines Day.  I always get what I want too, or I better!!

I love a good quality watch about as much as any jewelry I have.  This year, I do need a new watch too. Bulova watches have always been my favorite because of the quality. They last forever and look great too.  Even though I already have three of them, a lady just can’t have too many.  This is the one I want Sugar!!

Did you hear about this?

Terrence Dickson, of Bristol, Pennsylvania, was leaving a house he had just burglarized by way of the garage. Unfortunately for Dickson, the automatic garage door opener malfunctioned and he could not get the garage door to open. Worse, he couldn’t re-enter the house because the door connecting the garage to the house locked when Dickson pulled it shut.

Forced to sit for eight days on a case of Pepsi and a large bag of dry dog food, he sued the home owner’s insurance company claiming undue mental anguish.  Amazingly, the jury said the insurance company must pay Dickson $500,000 for his anguish. We should all have this kind of anguish.

My question is why wasn’t he arrested for breaking and entering instead of getting money for breaking and entering and getting stuck??  What is this world coming to?

They’re working hard again today

I will be so darn glad when they finish those apartments.  I’m getting tired of all the banging and beating and people all over the place.  Oh well, be careful of what you ask for because you just might get it is a saying I’m always saying.  Now it’s truer than ever.

It will take them about three more weeks and the whole thing should be finished.  I sure hope so because I’m about drained from all of the worrying and excitement of getting it all started.  I just want it finished now and I do mean NOW!!!  I’m sorry but I’m one of those ladies that has very little patience with something I want but people, I have too much patience sometimes.  I guess that’s a good thing.
