The other day I noticed something flying off my car as I turned a corner. It turns out that it was my cell phone. I turned around and retrieved the phone from the street. The bad part was that the entire screen was shattered. I knew I was in for a lot of wasted time trying to get it fixed. I went to the Verizon store and wanted a replacement. They informed me that I would have to call in for one and send in the broken phone as well.
I had insurance on the phone, but it still cost me $50 dollars to replace it. I sent it in and I must say that I was happy to receive my new phone in a couple of days. I went back to the store and had them move all my settings from my old phone to the new. I was glad they were able to and now I am back where I started except for the fact that I am out fifty bucks!
