There is good news on the economic front. The major U.S. carmakers are off to a good start this year. While sales are not at record highs, there are much improved over last year. That means profits and jobs.
The best part about it is that higher auto sales translate into jobs for many other companies who supply parts for the industry. Metal prices have also risen as demand is expected to rise. I think this year will be much better than the last and things will start to return to normal.
