We have been concentrating on what we eat lately and have made some changes to our diets. We felt that we would all be better off if we ate healthier and consumed a more balanced diet. Since we started, we have felt the positive effects of our efforts. I thought I might give everyone a clue as to what we are doing.
We are learning to eat more fruits and vegetables. They are good for you and should be the basis of a balanced meal. We also have cut out drinking soda. We installed a water tap which supplies our daily water intake which we have increased. Another thing we have done was to increase the amount of exercise we are getting. These few things have benefitted us greatly. I hope you will take our advice and try doing the same!
