I don’t know about you but I’m about tired of all the media hype about Michael Jackson’s death. Other celebrities are passing away and not receiving squat but a quick shout out. This has gone way over the top at this point. It’s sad news indeed, but enough is enough.

An Extra Buck or Two
I have been hearing so much about this very interesting concept of online advertising that a few of my friends are getting into on the Internet. I’ve been told that you can sign up and register your personal blog and advertisers will pay you to write about their products and services for the ever growing world of Internet shopping.I have been told that a good informational website about this blogging concept is run by socialspark.com and today I have been taking a look see in an effort to understand and possibly get intothis new buzz. I seem to be always looking for new and creative ways to make an extra buck in order to save the farm, the house and all that goes along with it
This website is social media where bloggers can connect with advertisers in order to help these business attract more visitors to their site and hopes of making a sale with today’s online shoppers. .
Yesterday was Mother’s Day
Yesterday was a rough day for me. I took flowers to the cemetery – a bouquet of white daisies and red roses, my mother’s favorites. I stayed, sitting on a bench near her grave for about an hour, thinking about her life, and how different my life is now that she is gone. I watched other people come and go to their own family grave sites and leave flowers and said hello to a few of them as they walked by.
I tried to get my sister to go with me, but she wouldn’t go. She said she gets too emotional at the cemetery. I really would have appreciated the company, but I told her I understood. I’m glad the weather was nice, and the cemetery was pretty, so at least it wasn’t all wet and gloom, but still it was a rough day.
Moving Along…
Man have things been hopping around the farm, as I knew it would. The weather has been perfect for the spring time planting season and I’ve gotten a lot done before the rains came this morning. The rain’s timing couldn’t have been any better. I’ve been doing most of the work myself and I haven’t been getting much sleep and lord knows I haven’t been eating well either, but things have been moving right along.
My stomach has been giving me some issues for a few months now, and now that I’m so busy, run down and not eating the right foods, so I’m looking into a natural colon cleanse product. I understand that it can do wonders for so many health issues, so I’m taking the time tonight to check out some information on the Internet about this process and the products that are out there that will do the job safely and efficiently.
One of The Classics
One day a girl brings home her boyfriend and tells her father she wants to marry him. After talking to him for while, he tells his daughter she can’t do it because he’s her half brother. The same problem happens again four more times! The girl starts to get pissed off. She goes to her mom and says, “Mom… What have you been doing all your life? Dad’s been going around laying every maiden in the town and now I can’t marry any of the five guys I like because they have turned out to be my half brothers!!!”Her mom replies, “Don’t worry darling, you can marry any one of them you want, he isn’t really your dad.”
Navy Snipers
The United States Navy came to the rescue yesterday. Their highly trained snipers took care of business. Capt Phillips can now go home to his family. These modern high tech pirates have paid the price, but I’m sure this all isn’t over by any means, a lot more blood will be shed, I’m sure of that.
Homeland Security
The issue of Homeland Security is a hot topic and one of a major concern. I was left a bit unsettled when last Sunday I heard on the radio that North Korea had just fired a rocket/missile over Japan. And then just yesterday an American citizen that was being held as hostage due to these crazy, high tech, modern day pirates, was finally released and lives have been lost with the military tactics that we had ready and available. New lines of communicate are being opened with our relationship with Cuba even. Such a sudden increase in politics is a bit over whelming.
With today’s technology playing such a key role in so many area’s, not even bringing Iraq and all that that encompasses, it so very important to have only the best equipment that is available to keep our country along with our best interests safe and secure.
Today’s tactical wireless headsets are pretty impressive, a good military handset must be able to keep the lines of communication100%, completely open, clear and uninterrupted, as many lives are at stake with today’s politics in such a state of confusion as they are in our world today.
I was taking a look at CJComponents.com, which is a leading manufacturer of military electronics and communication equipment. It is amazing to see all that they have accomplished and what a key role that they play with their expertise in communication. Their lightweight handset is a must and a much desired component for military and law enforcement as well. They all depend and need good quality designs, such as the CJ Component Products has with their tactical handset products that you too can read about at Cjcomponents.com/military_handsets.html, an interesting read.
