An Extra Buck or Two

I have been hearing so much about this very interesting concept of online advertising that a few of my friends are getting into on the Internet. I’ve been told that you can sign up and register your personal blog and advertisers will pay you to write about their products and services for the ever growing world of Internet shopping.I have been told that a good informational website about this blogging concept is run by socialspark.com and today I have been taking a look see in an effort to understand and possibly get intothis new buzz. I seem to be always looking for new and creative ways to make an extra buck in order to save the farm, the house and all that goes along with it

This website is social media where bloggers can connect with advertisers in order to help these business attract more visitors to their site and hopes of making a sale with today’s online shoppers. .

Navy Snipers

The United States Navy came to the rescue yesterday. Their highly trained snipers took care of business. Capt Phillips can now go home to his family. These modern high tech pirates have paid the price, but I’m sure this all isn’t over by any means, a lot more blood will be shed, I’m sure of that.

A Good Debt Consolidation Opportunity

There are ways to overcome your debt situation that our economy has made the majority of us step back and take a hard look at. A good debt consolidation loan such as the ones being offered at Fastdebtfreedomnow.com is an valuable option, to assist with cutting your debt up to 50% and lowering your monthly payments by a huge amount.

Taking advantage of a debt consolidation opportunity is a much better way to go, filing for bankruptcy isn’t always the best route, which can ruin your credit ratings for many a year. With home ownership and credit checks not a requirement, it seems a realistic way to go for most of us who are struggling with over whelming debt issues.

Gold Made Easy

It can be a challenge trying to keep up with all that is going on with the economy crisis that we are experiencing, what with bail outs, stock market fluctuations, factory closings, layoffs, and the value of a dollar going up and down, here there and every where. I think we are all on a overload at this point, so this nice spring weather should help ease the pain, even if it’s just a little bit, we all need and deserve a break at this point.

Gold is something that has always been a good investment and still is today, along with other precious metals. Gold has always been considered and used as a safe haven investment, which can bring a much desired peace of mind with an unstable market, much like the one we are experiencing now and will be for some time to come. Right now owning gold is a beneficial thing more than ever due to the markets and currency fluctuations. And I’ve found a great website that addresses the issue at Goldmadeeasy.com/shop. Their site has a ton of beneficial information that is kept current and update with the latest in the gold market. Something that you might want to check out at your leisure.

Bushari Group Real Estate

The Boston area is one of my favorite places up north. I have several relatives that live there and I have visited them many times in my youth and would like to go again some time, it has been way too long since I took a trip up that a way. There is something about Boston that just gives me goose bumps, so much history was made there and they place has so much to offer all year round.

One of my distant cousins just purchased one of the really nice Boston Luxury Lofts that Boston is so well known for. He did his homework with the Real Estate in Boston and got himself a very nice deal and sent this pictures via email to prove it. The Boston Real Estate market is full of wonderful homes and deals are there to be had with the economy in such a mess, it is a buyer’s market, no doubt about that.

He was originally looking at the Boston Condos that are going for so such low prices these days, and then discovered Bushari Group Real Estate which assisted with his Boston Luxury Real Estate search, in which landed him in one of the nicest Boston Lofts that was on the market for the taking, as he did and his now proud of and one that I am eager to see when I do get a chance to visit up north again.

Bailouts Explained

Why are bank bailouts required? Here is a simple explanation…
Heidi is the owner of a local bar.

In order to increase sales, she decides to allow her loyal customers – most of whom are unemployed alcoholics – to drink now but pay later. She keeps track of the drinks consumed on a ledger (thereby granting the customers loans). Word gets around and increasing numbers of customers flood into Heidi’s bar.

Taking advantage of her customers’ freedom from immediate payment constraints, Heidi increases her prices for wine and beer, the most-consumed beverages. Her sales volume increases massively.

A young and dynamic customer service consultant at the local bank recognizes these customer debts as valuable future assets and increases Heidi’s borrowing limit. He sees no reason for undue concern since he has the debts of the alcoholics as collateral.

At the bank’s corporate headquarters, expert bankers transform these customer assets into DRINKBONDS, ALKBONDS and PUKEBONDS and then further into derivatives. These securities then are traded on markets worldwide. No one really understands what these are and how the securities are guaranteed. Nevertheless, as their prices continually climb, the “securities” become top-selling items.

One day, although the prices still are climbing, a risk manager of the bank — subsequently fired because of his negativity — decides that the time has come to demand payment of the debts incurred by the drinkers at Heidi’s bar. However, they cannot pay back the debts.

Heidi cannot fulfill her loan obligations and claims bankruptcy for her bar, retiring to her Swiss chalet, bought with the salary she paid herself from bank loan proceeds.

DRINKBOND and ALKBOND drop in price by 95%. PUKEBOND performs better, stabilizing in price after dropping by 80%.

The suppliers of Heidi’s bar, having granted her generous payment due dates and having invested in the securities, now have problems of their own. Her wine supplier claims bankruptcy and her beer supplier is taken over by a competitor.

The bank is saved by the government following dramatic round-the-clock consultations by leaders from the governing political parties. The funds required for this purpose are obtained by a tax levied on the non-drinkers.

You may think you just have read a joke. If so, why aren’t you laughing? Yes, sadly enough, the truth is that this is exactly what is going on with the banking bailouts. But, the truth actually is much, much worse, because the government functionaries engineering the bailouts are bought and paid for by the bankers … with your bailout money, of course.

Extra Bucks

I’ve been recently ,told by my oldest sister, that before I go online to do any purchasing to stop by Extrabux.com and see if there is a link to the merchant first. If so I should click on their link and earn a commission. The more online shopping that is done through their site the more commissions you make. It sounds simple enough. The money that you earn back can be directly deposited to any Pay Pal account or send you a check. I already do most of my shopping needs online and am always open to new online shopping deals, such as cash back rebates, discount codes, online only promotions, and coupons, as well.

The Internet brings comparision shopping to a whole new level and I try to take advantage of all that it has to offer each time I find the need to purchase just about anything, personal or business. It sure beats running all over the few small towns that are near by, my time is better suited for staying here at the farm as much as possible and the cost of gas has kept me closer to home as well. So I have joined the millions of people that order, the majority of the time, online.

Cash for Recycling

Back in December, during Christmas dinner, the subject of recycling beer and soda cans came about, in which I found out that there is a local company that will pay you cash for these types of cans. The price just recently went down from sixty seven cents per pound, to thirty two cents a pound, what a drastic price drop, but all the same I am now making an effort of sorting these two types of cans into a separate container on the back porch and when I get a dozen big trash bags or so I will take a trip downtown and see what kind of cash it brings in to the household.I all ready sort and recycle, so it will not take too much of an added effort in order to bring in a few bucks now and then.

New Jersey = Liberty & Prosperity

New Jersey seems to be holding it’s own these days, with one of the highest per capital incomes of all the fifty states in the Union, it is well known for their state motto of Liberty & Prosperity. New Jersey also in known for having the highest population density in the U.S. with an average of 1030 people per square mile which turns out is 13 times the national average. All of New Jersey’s counties are classified as metropolitans, the only state able to make that claim, so it is a great place to live, work and prosper.

New Jersey Jobs are plentiful and offer high wages for qualified workers. And being so close to N.Y. and Washington D.C. makes for a great location to raise a family. The garden state is there for the taking, with a lot to offer it’s citizens. I know several people that live there and wouldn’t dream of leaving their home state. I have often visited there and have always enjoyed my time spent there before heading back to the farm.
