My husband’s office Christmas party is early this year. We got on a boat and went around the harbor. The homes around the harbor have so many beautiful lights and decorations. There was plenty of food and drinks! We had great tenderloin steak, chicken parmagiana, fish, and many others. My husband’s boss came in as Santa and treated all the kids with gifts. He sure has a nice and generous boss. It was a different kind of Christmas party and it was a lot of fun!

I want to tell you about my life as a homemaker in 2009 and from here forward.
I’m not just talking about cooking, housekeeping, teaching kids, but it’s about balancing the social pressures with traditional values, keeping food nutritious and appetizing on the table, decorating the house on a budget, raising boys with gentleness and firmness, and so much more.
I am fortunate to have a loving husband who takes parenting as seriously as I do. We don’t get second chances with raising children. We both want to make sure we get it right.
