I have spent many hours tossing and turning when I should be getting the forty winks I need. I read articles today about how there are some foods that can help you get the sleep you need. I will list some of them now.<\/p>\n<p>One food is actually a drink. Drinking tea before bed is an age-old sleep remedy my grandma used to use. Tea has thiamine that helps you get to bed. Another idea is to eat almonds. Bananas are also a good idea as well as oatmeal.
