One thing we usually do is to donate our time or money to a worthy charity. I feel that\u2019s a great practice and well worth it. I feel good helping others and knowing I am doing my part to support those who are less fortunate.<\/p>\n<p>I have two favorite charities. One is the Salvation Army and the other is the Goodwill. I feel these organizations play a key role in helping our communities stay healthy.
