As it always seems to happen, I am accident prone. Two days ago I was getting out of my car and my cell phone slipped out of my hand. The phone bounced off the seat and directly into a puddle of water that was next to my parking spot. Since I was still trying to get out of the car, it was a few seconds before I was able to retrieve it. The phone was entirely wet and I thought it was ruined. Luckily, I found a way to save the phone.<\/p>\n
As soon as I got to the house, I took the battery out and put the phone into a bag of rice. I know that seems a bit strange, but the rice sucks the moisture away from the phone. After leaving it there for a day, I took the phone out and put it on top of the TV where it was nice and warm. When I put the battery back in, the phone worked just as it had before. I am glad I didn\u2019t have to go through the hassle of getting a new phone!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
