A sudden drastic change in temperature is always a strain on the house&#8217;s electrical systems and equipment.<\/p>\n<p>So, for a couple of days while the A\/C worked to get the house cooled, I used a small room fan to cool the bedroom at night. It is amazing how the fan can put you right to sleep.
