I know a few people that have Multiple Sclerosis, but to tell you the truth I don’t know a whole lot about MS but I’ve been doing a bit of research on the Internet and learning what I can. A cousin of ours has been experiencing Ms Symptoms and was recently diagnosed with MS so I figured I’d find out what I can and pass the information along to other family members as well. Knowledge is power and the Internet can provide us with a lot of knowledge, it’s unfortunate that my cousin doesn’t have Internet access, but most of the rest of the family does.<\/p>\n
When I find good information I’m printing out what I find and will mail my cousin with what I can find that I think will be useful for him and his wife to use. His doctor wants him to follow a Multiple Sclerosis Diet and to exercise as much as possible. So I found a website allaboutms.com and found a Ms Diet and printed it out and put it in today’s mail to them. It’s a start and I’ll be finding out more as I go along and see if there is anything else that I can do for him in any way that I can. I’m just glad that they don’t live too far away from the rest of the family and I so that we can be there for him in his time of need.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
