I have been trying for weeks to think of what I would do today to honor and celebrate his life, but I&#8217;ve just been trying to make it through the day. I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ll be hearing from some of the family members tonight, my oldest sister most likely will be calling, after she feeds her large brood and has a few minutes between homework and bath time tasks take her over.<\/p>\n<p>Think I&#8217;ll just kick back, enjoy the snow that has covered the place last night, have a shot of Jack Daniels and look through the old family album, alone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today is my Father&#8217;s birthday.
