{"id":168,"date":"2011-04-05T11:36:48","date_gmt":"2011-04-05T17:36:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/suzistrauss.com\/?p=168"},"modified":"2011-04-05T11:36:48","modified_gmt":"2011-04-05T17:36:48","slug":"life-as-a-dog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/worpal.com\/susiestrauss\/2011\/04\/05\/life-as-a-dog\/","title":{"rendered":"Life as a dog"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Easy or hard?\u00a0 How easy life must be as a dog.\u00a0 I\u2019m a very independent person myself and even though at first thought I\u2019d think life would be easy as dog I\u2019m not really sure.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m not sure how I would handle life as a dog.\u00a0 Sure, you get to lay around all day or play outside.\u00a0 But, with that freedom from the stress of daily lives of humans comes dependence.\u00a0 As a dog you are dependent upon your owner to provide you with all of the basics\u2026 food, water, shelter, a place to relive yourself, and of course love and affection.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t like the feeling of always having to depend on someone else.\u00a0 That\u2019s probably why I have never been a big fan of group projects.\u00a0 I would hate to have to worry about being hungry and waiting for someone to feed me.\u00a0 I like being able to walk into the kitchen and grab a snack whenever I want.\u00a0 I really don\u2019t think I\u2019d do well with having to ask to use the bathroom.\u00a0 I can\u2019t imagine having to hold it for a few hours if my mom wasn\u2019t home to let me out.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder what the biggest stress my dog has during the day is.\u00a0 When will mom play with me?\u00a0 Do I have to eat the same thing again?\u00a0 Why can\u2019t I reach that spot to scratch it?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Easy or hard?\u00a0 How easy life must be as a dog.\u00a0 I\u2019m a very independent person myself and even though at first thought I\u2019d think life would be easy as dog I\u2019m not really sure.
