I have had dogs for most of my life.\u00a0 Right now I’m dog-less though and I hate it.\u00a0 I have had everything from a mutt to some of the best pedigreed dogs there are, one of which was a German Shepherd Dog who’s parents had been imported from Checzlovakia.\u00a0 Her grandmother was and still is one of the most highly decorated border patrol dogs and is still working from what I understand.\u00a0 It really hurt me when she died.\u00a0 Her name was Keziah.\u00a0 I named all of the German Shepherds I had from the Bible because I considered them blessings.<\/p>\n

Well it seems that AKC has put out their top 10 breeds.\u00a0 Here they are:<\/p>\n

  1. Labrador Retriever<\/li>\n
  2. Yorkie<\/li>\n
  3. German Shepherd<\/li>\n
  4. Golden Retriever<\/li>\n
  5. Beagle<\/li>\n
  6. Boxer<\/li>\n
  7. Dachshund<\/li>\n
  8. Bull Dog<\/li>\n
  9. Poodle<\/li>\n
  10. Shih Tzu<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I have had all of these dogs except for the Bull Dog, Golden Retriever and Labrador Retriever.\u00a0 My favorite of the ones I had were the German Shepherd first, then the Beagle, then the Dachshund.\u00a0 I am planning to get another dog this summer and the one I want and have had before is the West Highland White Terrier or Westie for short.\u00a0 I love that breed.\u00a0 They will not let you be sad at all because they are always so happy and comical.\u00a0 I’m surprised they’re not on the list.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
