{"id":72,"date":"2008-11-30T12:06:56","date_gmt":"2008-11-30T18:06:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rachelgreenlief.com\/?p=72"},"modified":"2008-11-30T12:06:56","modified_gmt":"2008-11-30T18:06:56","slug":"do-you-like-healthy-muffins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/worpal.com\/rachelgreensleeves\/2008\/11\/30\/do-you-like-healthy-muffins\/","title":{"rendered":"Do you like healthy muffins?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I love muffins but they can be fattening.\u00a0 I have found a recipe for healthy muffins that aren&#8217;t too bad.\u00a0 The best part is you make them one at a time right in a coffee cup in your microwave oven.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re used to eating a big muffin for breakfast then you can make two of them.\u00a0 One is enough for me.\u00a0 It&#8217;s made with Flax seed meal.\u00a0 Flax seed is good at lowering your bad cholesterol and raising your good cholesterol so they&#8217;re healthy.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s the recipe just in case you&#8217;re interested.\u00a0 Oh you can buy Flax seed meal in some grocery stores but if not, check your local health food store.<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup \u00a0\u00a0 Flax seed Meal<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp \u00a0\u00a0 Baking Powder<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp \u00a0\u00a0 Ground Cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Splenda<\/p>\n<p>1 egg<\/p>\n<p>You can add raisins or other fruit like blueberries if you like.
