It looks like poison ivy to me. But I have always been told that dogs can&#8217;t get poison ivy rashes. I need to find out if that is true.<\/p>\n<p>I hate to go to all the trouble of a vet appointment just because he has a red belly, butt he keeps scratching it and making it redder.
