When I was in college, my mother and I had a kennel and raised puppies.\u00a0 We had about 75 breeder dogs.\u00a0 It used to anger me quite a bit for people to refer to us as part of the\u00a0puppy mills that you would see in the news.\u00a0 I personally have been to a puppy mill and couldn’t stand what I saw.\u00a0 There are reputable breeders out there and we were one of them.\u00a0 The adult dogs and the puppies were cared for as you would your family pets by us.\u00a0 So if you are looking for a puppy, buy one from a breeder that will let you see the parents and not keep you from seeing the conditions the breeders are living in.\u00a0 In fact, before long\u00a0I am going to be looking for a puppy\u00a0myself and trust me, I will check out the kennel before I purchase my puppy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
