I was surfing the different channels and mostly saw infommercials for various weight loss programs, workout videos, and fitness equipments. Many celebrities were hosting the informmercials. I enjoy watching the workout videos and in fact have bought a couple of workout videos. Honestly, I hardly used the workout videos I bought. I bought the Yoga Booty Ballet, Yoga Pilates Workout, and many more.
