This health issue does run in the family and I am a prime candidate for this on many counts.<\/p>\n<p>She is going to start taking Boniva and drowning herself with calcium supplements in order to put a stop (hopefully) to this before it gets too far and I suppose I should start looking into some calcium supplements myself.<\/p>\n<p>Possibly a New Year&#8217;s Resolution to act on.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My mother has just been diagnosed with Osteoporosis and she is now in turn on me about getting extra calcium in to my system before I turn around and find myself in the same boat as her.
