I dropped my Blackberry in the water. I don&#8217; know what I was thinking. I was talking to my sister and trying to wash up the pots and pans from dinner, and the phone slipped off my shoulder. It dropped straight down into the soapy sudsy water with a horrible plunk.<\/p>\n<p>Of course I grabbed it right out of there, but I don&#8217;t kno if it can be saved. I heard from friends that if you take a wet phone apart and put it in a Ziploc bag filled with raw white rice that it will dry out and work the next day.<\/p>\n<p>I sure hope that is right and we&#8217;ll find out in a few hours. I&#8217;ve gone all day with my phone and I&#8217;m miserable. But then, I can&#8217;t blame anyone but myself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, I did it.
