Sometimes I go out and order way too much food for lunch. If it tastes really good, it is really hard to stop eating before it is all gone. But I should really stop eating when I’m full and not force myself to clean my plate.<\/p>\n
In fact, in some cultures, it is unflattering to eat everything on your plate. If\u00a0 you don’t leave a little on your plate they think that you cannot afford to eat properly, like a street urchin.<\/p>\n
