It seems like I can&#8217;t find anything nice to say to anyone. I make comments on Facebook and get people all riled up. I send IMs and people just want to argue. I&#8217;m scared to send an email to anyone &#8211; I&#8217;ll probably just get my head bitten off for offending someone.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to just bite my tongue for a few days until my mood improves.
