When the Internet first came into our house, I never thought for a moment that I’d be using it to find bits and pieces of tooling supplies, mechanical parts, and hardware. But after a few trips to the local hardware store lately, where I got a lot of bad attitude from a rude cashier, I decided to go online and see if I could find what I needed without being subjected to a lot of aggravation. I found several sites that really had just about everything I needed, and their online catalogs were organized in such a way that really helped out a lot when I was trying to find specific pieces. <\/p>\n
People complain about business being bad in town, and complain about how they are losing business to the Internet, and big box stores. Well, I’d like to suggest that they took a good, long, look at their employees and have a reality check when it comes to customer service.
