I have been working in my garden a lot lately. We may not have had much rain, but the weeds are still growing exponentially. At least it seems that way. I have some really great herbs growing and will have plenty to dry. I prefer to use them fresh, but once the growing season is over, I will have to harvest what is left and either replant some into the kitchen containers or dry them. It isn’t very difficult to do. You just cut them and then use string to wrap them into bundles. Then you hang them up. After they dry out, you can bottle or bag them according to how you like to store them.
