Independence Day is my favorite summer holiday.\u00a0 I generally am not a great fan of the summer because it has a tendency to be too hot.\u00a0 Funny part is I do not like the winter either because of the snow.\u00a0 I guess there is\u00a0no making me happy with the weather.\u00a0 However, the Fourth of July no matter the weather would still be my favorite day of the month!<\/p>\n
People enjoy barbeques, festive desserts, outdoor activities, swimming, parades and fireworks.\u00a0 Fireworks are the highlight in my book.\u00a0 I love the multiple colors, whistles and final bang from the fireworks.\u00a0 There are certain areas that present the best fireworks.\u00a0 Usually in my state many of the fireworks are shot- off from riverbanks or old mill lots.\u00a0 Therefore many people tend to gather near there.<\/p>\n
Tonight was no exception.\u00a0 The parking was atrocious.\u00a0 I have never seen so many people flock to the riverside.\u00a0 People parked their cars even in the streets, blocking traffic.\u00a0 I had to drive around for half of the show before finding parking.\u00a0 Despite all of this I did find a really sweet spot half- way through the show and parked.\u00a0 The presentation was worth the driving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
