My 401K is still a 301K but that is better than the 201K I had a couple of months ago. I was told several years ago not to watch your 401K everyday because it will drive you crazy and I have taken that advise, kind of. When it was dropping like a condor holding a rock I checked more than I should of and it did make me a little nuts.
