On one hand, I know that he is having a rough time of it and on the other hand, I have bills to pay, school supplies to buy as well as school clothes. I try not to be demanding or anything and keep our friendship easy going for the kids sake, but sometimes it isn&#8217;t easy. There is so much going on with summer, and quite frankly I need him to be on time with his payments.
