I am smart enough though to write down the conformation number when I make a payment online. I woke up this morning to no cable or internet and was not happy about it, but once I called with the number, they were able to fix it. They said they were having problems with their payment system and for some reason it is not picking up all of the payments. They\u00a0apologized\u00a0and gave me a free On Demand movie rental for my trouble. The kids are going to love that, because I always rent the movies they want first.
